KOMAJIRUSHI SMR2 is emulsified oil for noodles. Improve moisture holding and loosening for raw noodles. Prevent stickiness which occurs in high temperature circumstance (summer) and also prevent crumbiness which occurs in low temperature circum-stance (winter). High stable. Improve releasing effect from cooking pot by the effect of oil content. Reduce roughening of cooked rice surface and cook rice with dampish taste.
