Auromex Food Participates in IDDSI-101 Workshop at Chulalongkorn University

On February 25, 2025, Auromex Food participated in the IDDSI-101 Workshop, a hands-on training program focused on modified texture foods based on IDDSI standards. The workshop was organized by the Office of Research Affairs, in collaboration with Chula Unisearch and the Chula Future Food Platform. The program provided valuable insights into the International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative (IDDSI), a global framework designed to enhance food safety for individuals with swallowing difficulties.

Through this workshop, our team gained practical knowledge on texture modification in food and beverages, which we can apply to our research and product development. This experience will help us create IDDSI-compliant food solutions that provide safe and high-quality nutrition. Our R&D efforts focus on developing products that reduce the risk of choking in the elderly, supporting better food safety and overall well-being.
